What we collect, and when
- Your address. When you type it. We use it to pull the public county appraisal record and, through a property data provider, the public assessor facts about the house.
- Your answers. The house details and condition you confirm, and the numbers you change on your page.
- Your photos. Only the ones you take on the photo step. They are stored privately and used to set your number and to verify the house at the inspection.
- Your contact details. Only if you enter them to save your numbers, ask for a call, or sign. We do not ask for them to show you your page.
- Your signature and consent. If you sign, we keep the drawn signature, your typed name, the exact terms shown, the time, and the network address it came from, because that is what makes an electronic signature valid.
- How you use the page. Which screens you opened and when, so we can see where people get stuck.
What we never do
- We never sell your information or share it with marketers.
- We never call or text you unless you asked for a call, or you ticked the consent box and it is about your house. You can withdraw that by replying stop.
- We never ask for your mortgage statement, government ID, or estate documents. The title company handles what closing requires, under its own privacy terms.
- We never use your photos or your name in marketing.
Who else sees it
The services that run the product: our database and file storage provider, the property data provider that returns public assessor records, the email service that sends confirmations, and, if you sign, the title company that closes the sale. Each sees only what its job needs.
How long we keep it
Your page and answers, until you ask us to remove them or one year after your last visit, whichever is first. If you sign, the agreement and everything supporting it, for as long as Texas law requires records of a real estate transaction. Photos, per the agreement. Callback requests, ninety days.
Your choices
Tap "This is not my house" on your page and it is closed and suppressed. Email us and we delete what we hold, except what the law requires us to keep after a signed agreement. Ask a person and we explain any of this in plain terms.
